How We Do It

At Food Warz, we take team building beyond the kitchen, turning it into a high-energy test of leadership, collaboration, and creativity. We divide your group into smaller teams of 7 to 10 people, each led by a professional table chef who’s motivated to help their team win. Each team is given a culinary mission: to prep, cook, plate, and market a dish from a gourmet menu. While the cooking team works with hand-picked ingredients, the marketing team crafts a presentation that tells the story of their creation. Success requires more than just cooking—teams must communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and manage time efficiently to succeed.

Throughout the challenge, we add surprise twists and mini-challenges to test adaptability and quick thinking. Whether it’s an unexpected ingredient swap or a timed plating task, participants are pushed to rely on each other’s strengths. With high-stakes moments like pitching their dish as Michelin-star chefs or perfecting its presentation, teams must function seamlessly under pressure, blending creativity with teamwork to deliver an outstanding final product.
